I’m the first to admit that all of my working out efforts are usually thwarted by my love of food.  I will give myself and Jared credit for incorporating more fruits and vegetables into our daily diet, as well as planning our meals each week to make sure we’re getting variety.  But let’s face it, when I want something filling, the health stuff doesn’t quite do it for me!

I found this link the other day for 400 calorie spring and summer recipes, and I’m impressed with how filling some of these options look.   Maybe it’s just the visuals, but I’d take a delicious frittata any day over a Weight Watchers meal!
